Nephrologist Specialist

Baxter International Inc, an inclusive employer and member of myGwork, is seeking a skilled Nephrologist to join our dialysis clinic in Molina, Murcia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patient clinical situations, planning treatment, and monitoring their evolution.

• Implement established policies and guidelines for patient care, monitoring clinical reference indicators.
• Prescribe renal replacement therapy modalities, recording prescriptions and treatment in clinical information systems.
• Complete patient medical history documentation and comply with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze quality care indicators, ensuring patient care meets corporate standards.

We are looking for professionals with a degree in Medicine and a specialty in nephrology, leadership skills, and experience in a dialysis unit. If you are a dynamic and talented individual driven to improve patients' lives, we encourage you to apply.
