International Trade Specialist

Mission of the role
You will lead the internationalization and commercial expansion of the company's brands, managing key distributors and clients in international markets, ensuring profitable growth and proper positioning of the brands.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the international expansion strategy.
- Integral management of distributors and retail partners in more than 30 countries.
- Identification of new markets and business opportunities.
- Assistance at international trade fairs.
- Follow-up of orders, invoicing and customer support, in coordination with the internal team.
- Change or reinforce partners in key markets if necessary.
- Support in the implementation process of CRM (planned for 2025).
- Market and competition analysis.
- Closely collaborate with other departments: supply chain, regulatory, customer care, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or similar.
- A Master's degree or Postgraduate degree in Sales Specialization or International Trade is highly valuable.
- 5-7 years of international experience in medium-sized companies in the cosmetics, perfumery or dermocosmetics sector.
- Experience in opening markets, capturing clients, managing international partners.
- Knowledge of multibrand commercial environments (valuable experience in retail).
- Indispensable Spanish and English, valuable Catalan and French.
- Availability to travel around 20%-25% of the time.
