About the Role

You will be part of a team conducting original research in the design and synthesis of novel, biologically active compounds. This will involve hit discovery, hit-to-lead, and lead optimization programs. As a group member, you will plan work objectives and contribute to guiding and supervising chemistry technicians. Strong communication and leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work well in a team setting are essential.
