About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Cyber Security Analyst to join our global team at Roche. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management Products and Services Product Line, you will work in a virtual team with colleagues distributed around the globe, with a variety of backgrounds and expertise within the Identity and Access Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation and management of identity and access management solutions.
  • Perform security assessments and identify potential improvements.
  • Participate in incident response and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify security identity requirements and develop roadmap plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security tools and techniques and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay aware of operational challenges and opportunities; work with support teams to provide internal escalation support as needed.
  • Ensure solutions and components implemented comply with Quality / Regulatory standards, as applicable.
  • Help design, build, test and implement (first-time deployments) integrated, resilient and reliable solutions.
  • Evaluate new promising Identity solutions and their feasibility in meeting Roche's business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices is valued.
  • Knowledge in Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies is a plus.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
