Hospitality Specialist

We are a recruitment company specializing in hospitality and tourism. Our goal is to connect talented individuals with leading restaurants, bars, and hotels in Spain.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of the restaurant, creating a memorable experience for our guests. We are seeking individuals who possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
• Presentation of menus and providing detailed information upon request
• Preparing tables to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Accurate ordering and communication with the kitchen team
• Serving food and drink orders with a smile

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to work well under pressure
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with flexibility to adapt to different languages
• Availability to work evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Compensation: 9.00€-13.00€ per hour, with an estimated 10-30 hours of work per week.

Industry Environment: Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Event Spaces, and more.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
