With a focus on inventory management, service level strategy, and customer satisfaction, you'll be the key to unlocking our Destination 2027 strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to meet operational needs.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with global supply chain teams and operations.
  3. Monitor and analyze data to optimize stock levels and quality.
  4. Support operations services analysis and maintain log sheets.
  5. Manage replenishment processes, ensuring accurate forecasts and GPO parameters.
  6. Prepare and finalize purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  7. Act as a help desk for claims, complaints, and incidents.
  8. Collaborate with operations and global category managers to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements

Experience and Skills:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
  2. Student of engineering, business, or related field.
  3. Desirable:
  4. Experience in international retail companies.
  5. Supply chain and logistics knowledge.
  6. Analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  7. Team player with excellent customer handling skills.
