Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a sales-focused, customer-driven individual with experience in the food or plastics industry and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should be a native Spanish speaker with fluent English and be willing to travel extensively within the region and occasionally internationally.
As the Territory Sales Manager for Spain, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development across the country.
Sales Growth Opportunities:
- Demonstrate expertise in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- BUILD strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Drive sales growth through effective territory management
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and development
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing)
- Proven sales experience in the food or plastics industry
- Native Spanish language skills and fluency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
