Join Simon-Kucher & Partners, a global consultancy with a sole focus on unlocking better growth for our clients. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in supporting projects for industry leaders and early-stage ventures, driving launch effectiveness and commercial excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support projects to drive commercial excellence and launch effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and assess strategic options
  • Carry out competitive and benchmark analysis and evaluations
  • Support the development of strategies, solutions, and actionable recommendations for clients
  • Work in international project teams with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

Your Profile:

  • Last year students with above-average student performance during Bachelors/Masters or candidates with some experience in other consulting firms or within industry
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Fluent business English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated to develop new skills and grow personally
