Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Sales and Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Sales and Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Market Research and Sales: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and promote our electrical solutions to meet sales, margin, and turnover targets.
- Solutions and Engineering: Collaborate with customers to design and develop automation, control, protection, and communications solutions using our medium voltage products.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Sales and Solutions Engineer, you will:
- Prospect new business opportunities and promote our electrical solutions to meet sales, margin, and turnover targets.
- Develop detailed engineering solutions through dialogue with customers and factories to define the required manufacturing specifications.
- Collaborate in the elaboration of technical-commercial offers, prescribing and negotiating solutions with customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field.
- Previous experience in similar positions is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of medium and low voltage switchgear, as well as power distribution products and services.
- Fluent speaking and writing English.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer orientation.
