Job Description:
To support our Customer Care team, we are seeking a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor to be based in our Barcelona office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our customers in the fast-growing US Market by providing advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.
- Answer customer requests and provide the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business.
- Continuous improvement of internal processes and coordination with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product/customer related issues.
- Training and Work Hours: The training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the position hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at native level; additional languages are a plus.
- First experience in the customer care or any other service-oriented industry.
- Conscientiousness when dealing with customer data.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork.
- Proactive, good organizational skills and time management.
- Working computer skills required (MS-Office). Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
