Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Your primary focus will be on answering incoming requests via phone, email, and chat, while also assisting customers with questions about our electronic reservation book, website, or app. You will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
Requirements and Qualifications- You must be based in Barcelona and have a native level of German and fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- You should be an open-minded individual with a high level of communication skills and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is essential, as is previous experience in a customer support environment.

Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this position is €35,000 - €45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
