The Sales Planning & Performance Analyst will be responsible for providing reliable business insights to the Leadership team by delivering recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.
This role requires a deep understanding of Sales organization, initiatives, and data to report performance in a structured manner and develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.
As a key member of the P&P team, you will work closely with different stakeholders to ensure general delivery and participate in creating compelling presentations to communicate progress and enhance discussions.
Main Responsibilities- Reporting Process Ownership: Establish and maintain accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance from a Sales perspective and throughout the different management levels.
- Presentation Development: Participate in creating engaging presentations to communicate progress, enhance discussions, and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work together with regional Sales teams to analyze and understand performance related to different initiatives and facilitate the development of action plans.
- Analysis and Modelling: Conduct detailed analysis when needed, involving large amounts of data and/or feedback from regional teams, and develop analytical models to assist strategic and tactical decision-making processes.
- Tech Savviness: Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation and consistency in data-related tasks.
