Process Maintenance Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled Process Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance strategy and execution of associated resources and departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in GMP or FDA-regulated environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the organization's global maintenance strategy and ensure its execution through associated resources and departments.
  • Directly supervise the shift-based production maintenance team, ensuring optimal execution of corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Oversee the management of spare parts for production equipment and existing facilities according to site needs and established timelines.
  • Manage analysis related to equipment and facilities and oversee the implementation of improvement plans derived from such analysis.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects in the maintenance area using tools like Lean Six Sigma to identify and eliminate waste and enhance processes.
  • C coordinate activities with different sites within the business unit, allocating necessary resources to support breakdowns or project implementations at other sites.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles within industrial maintenance, preferably in GMP or FDA-regulated environments.
  • Solid knowledge of industrial systems and equipment, as well as preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing maintenance budgets.
  • Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and continuous improvement tools like Lean Six Sigma.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with other departments and across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Advanced English level (B2.2 – C1).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
