About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Operations Assistant to join our team at our Besos residence in Barcelona. As an Operations Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our students, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our students, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Reservation Management: Manage reservations and check-in/check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our students.
  3. Facilities Management: Monitor the building and coordinate with various departments to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.
  4. Administration Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  5. Emergency Protocols: Apply emergency protocols as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.

Requirements

  1. Education: Studies in Hospitality Industry, Tourism, or Business Administration (formative degrees, diplomas, etc.) will be positively valued.
  2. Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and customer service software.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
