About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Barcelona. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding the best talent for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Source international profiles for multiple countries and locations.
- Be a resource to teammates and managers on recruitment practices.
- Create and develop a great candidate experience.
- Qualifying candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Organize and/or attend select internal/external recruiting events/meetups to build awareness about Ethikos 3.0's talent needs.
- Becoming responsible for the onboardings and helping the new joiners to seep up during their ramp up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or related field.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- 4+ years of experience as Recruiter/Talent Acquisition either in-house or agency.
- Proactive & autonomous.
- Excellent ability to communicate, both in writing and verbally.
- You know how to make digital communication personal.
- Success in managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast pace and constantly changing environment.
- Experience with human resources practices and disciplines including performance management, talent strategies, employee relations.
