Sales Director for IBERIA Region

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial efforts in the IBERIA region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and increases market share.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that addresses market potential and growth objectives.
  • Own the regional forecast through rigorous funnel management and opportunity review.
  • Oversee elite selling practices, key account management, competitive selling, and hunting/prospecting skills.
  • Attract and retain a top-performing team focused on accountability to the entirety of the customer relationship.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sciences or healthcare-related field.
  • Demonstrated success in leading commercial teams, managing long- and short-term business cycles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex key accounts and implementing winning key account management practices.
  • In-depth experience with sales methods, policies, processes, tools, and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and financial acumen.
