About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an EMEA GenAI Applications Leader at AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) - G84. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of GenAI applications and drive business growth in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Identification and Recruitment: Identify and onboard key partners and leading SaaS/ISV companies developing GenAI applications on AWS in the AWS Partner Network (APN).
  • Partner Enablement and Competency Development: Bring the right applications providers to the GenAI competency and provide thought leadership to ISV & Start-up teams on whitespace opportunities for partners based on apps/solutions supply versus use case demand.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Identify top use cases for applications across verticals and horizontals, connecting back to the AWS GenAI 3-layer approach, and help the field discover Partner solutions and applications against these use cases.
  • Solution/Use Case Discussions: Lead solution/use case discussions with partner executives and Line of Business (LoB) buyers from ideation to go-to-market.
  • Partner Sales Enablement: Work with Partner Sales, creating the right interlock between customer demand and partner solutions/applications to ensure the best match.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with AWS internal teams, including partner managers, solution architects, sales, product, BD, marketing, and solution teams, to align and enable the partner ecosystem.
  • Ecosystem Growth: Continuously identify and pursue growth opportunities for the GenAI applications partner ecosystem, staying ahead of market trends and customer demands.
  • Reporting and Governance: Prepare and run business reviews, and governance processes to track partner progress and achievement of joint business goals.
