Job Title: 3D LeadWe're seeking an exceptional 3D Lead to join our team and help shape the future of our immersive fitness experiences. As a 3D Lead, you'll be responsible for leading our 3D art team and overseeing the creation of high-quality, visually stunning 3D assets that bring our experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the 3D art team and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, estimate, and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Guide the team in technical areas such as pipeline, optimization, environment blockouts, and testing.
- Support the team with asset creation at every stage of modeling, texturing, and optimization of realtime 3D assets.
- Research and implement improvements for 3D processes and workflows.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally managing small to medium teams of 3-10 members.
- Expert understanding of 3D production pipelines, with hands-on experience in Unity, Substance Suite, and at least one 3D package such as Maya, 3Ds Max, or Blender.
- Expertise in creating realtime immersive 3D environments and assets that push the visual boundaries.
- Ability to scope, estimate, and delegate tasks efficiently, with a deep understanding of both creative and technical aspects of 3D art production.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing both internal teams and external contractors effectively.
