About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Marketing team as an Analytics Engineer. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing-specific data products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Managers and Data Engineers to design and implement data products that meet marketing needs.
  • Contribute to the development of products built by the data team, sharing best practices and expertise through design sessions and demos.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to deliver scalable data products using dbt, Looker, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver projects, refine KPIs, and upskill on self-service solutions.
  • Communicate complex data concepts and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Expertise in SQL and data modeling using dbt.
  • Ability to break down and explain complex processes, requirements, and data pipelines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools to convey insights and drive actionable decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with non-technical stakeholders.
