**EMEA Trade Marketing Manager**

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our European trade marketing efforts. This role will be based in any EU location and requires a strong understanding of the consumer market.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in customer sales activation, with a proven track record of managing European trade marketing tools, briefing and managing operations with external and internal suppliers, and defining and coordinating the execution of EMEA loyalty programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage European trade marketing tools, including loyalty programs, sell-out promo tools, and merchandise catalogues.
  • Brief and manage operations with external and internal suppliers.
  • Define and coordinate the execution of EMEA loyalty programs and sell-in incentives annual plans.
  • Create synergies and cost efficiencies across Hub plans.
  • Coordinate needs and execution of sales 'trips/events' incentives calendar with the customer engagement team.
  • Define and coordinate the execution of EMEA sell-out annual plans.

Interactions:

  • Work with Hub trade marketing leaders and Hub sales leaders to define sell-in and sell-out activation annual calendars.
  • Cordinate sell-in and sell-out plans execution across countries.
  • Work with brand content managers to brief them on sell-in and sell-out related assets development.
  • Work with the customer engagement team to brief them on sell-in 'events/trips' development needs and coordinate local execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer sales activation.
  • Experience working with sales functions and having a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to look at the big picture.
  • Proven communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and perform in a multi-cultural business environment.
