Product Supply Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Supply Engineer to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a Product Supply Engineer, you will be responsible for inventing, reapplying, and developing technologies to support the production process of our consumer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for planning and prioritizing, preparing budgets, supervising progress, and keeping team members advised throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Handle the relationship with the client and relevant customers.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skills, and experience levels.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Job Qualifications
- University/Bachelor Engineering graduate (Industrial Engineering preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
- Your display positive relationship, analytical skills, problem solving and solutions-oriented attitude.
- Excellent progressive, strategic and confident leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Able to work autonomously and prove your leadership and innovating spirit.
