About the Role

As a key member of our After-Sales Service team, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence and continuous improvement within our Service Center in Madrid. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Lead new projects and initiatives to drive excellence in customer service, quality, and safety.
  • Manage and develop the team's capabilities to support the overall After-Sales Service strategy.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement and deployment of processes within the service center.
  • Monitor and optimize existing systems, challenging them to achieve full process standardization, reduce lead times, and variations.
Requirements
  • Technical education in engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering).
  • Training in Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in mechanical repairs and maintenance.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a team leader.
  • Skills in calculations and blueprint interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • High level of proficiency in spoken and written English is also necessary.
  • Advanced proficiency in office software tools.
  • Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas.
