Cross Border Talents is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist - Dutch Language Expert to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and refining digital marketing campaigns across Google's platforms for Dutch-speaking audiences.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist with the creation, implementation, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads
* Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior in Dutch-speaking regions
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics to ensure objectives are achieved, and generate reports on campaign success and return on investment (ROI)
* Work with content teams to ensure that ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets align with campaign goals and appeal to target audiences
* Support account managers in client communications, providing updates and addressing any campaign-related concerns

### Qualifications

* Must be fluent in Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Previous experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is highly desirable
* Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics
* Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on data-driven results
* Clear and effective communication skills, able to explain complex concepts and interact well with team members and clients
