Machine Operator

Your Role: As a Machine Operator at Rotom Nederland B.V., you will play a vital role in the pallet production process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain the machinery, ensuring the production line runs smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on position requires a team player who can quickly solve minor disruptions and adapt to changing situations. Your role will also involve gaining experience on other lines and machines across the facility, allowing you to develop your skills and take on new challenges. Work Schedule: Day shifts: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Shift rotation: Every two months, you will join the alternating early and late shifts for two weeks. What We Offer: A temporary contract with a strong prospect of becoming permanent. Compensation for a full 40-hour work week with a schedule of 37.5 hours. Shift and travel allowances, plus a vitality bonus. Who You Are: A hands-on team player who is up for physically active work. Ideally, you bring experience with production lines or machine operation. You have a natural knack for solving technical issues and keeping things running smoothly. Affinity with wood or natural materials is a plus. English proficiency (Dutch is a bonus).
