Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA / Estimator to join our team at Zigup Plc.
As a Senior Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA / Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing the full extent of damage to vehicles, determining the costs of repair, and identifying the correct prescribed repair method.
You will prepare and record electronic and manual estimates, liaise with insurance companies to obtain their authority to repair the vehicle at the estimated costs, and effectively communicate with customers, engineers, and technicians to explain and ensure they understand the repair methodology.
The ideal candidate will have a solid Bodyshop background, preferably with NVQ level 3 / City & Guilds or ATA/IMI qualifications, and be Audatex trained.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of integrated mobility solutions, supporting customers across the UK, Ireland, and Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the full extent of damage to vehicles
- Determining the costs of repair
- Identifying the correct prescribed repair method
- Preparing and recording electronic and manual estimates
- Liaising with insurance companies
- Effectively communicating with customers, engineers, and technicians
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a solid Bodyshop background, preferably with NVQ level 3 / City & Guilds or ATA/IMI qualifications, and be Audatex trained.
A full UK driving licence is also required.
