Business Development Sales Professional for Family Entertainment Industry

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Professional to join our team at The Buttery Group, a dynamic and innovative plant-based food start-up. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with family entertainment centers throughout Europe.

Estimated Salary Range:

€35,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to engage and build relationships with owners and managers of family entertainment centers (FECs) across Europe.
  • Conduct research and mine CRM data to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide remote demos and presentations via online video meetings to showcase our products and services.
  • Attend trade shows and events to network with industry professionals and promote our brand.
  • Travel regularly to meet with FEC operators and provide demos as required.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including sales quotations, contract signing, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A consultative sales style with excellent presentation skills, able to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • High level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • IT savvy, with knowledge of CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one or more other European languages (preferably German).
  • Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as required.
