The salary for this position is estimated to be around $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Automation Leader to support our Alloga and ICS brands. This role will work closely with our Product Strategy, Commercial, and Marketing teams to drive business strategy and revenue goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving processes related to lead identification, qualification, nurturing, scoring, and handoff to sales teams to maximize conversion rates.
- Conceptualizing and working with design partners to create high-converting landing pages and forms that capture customer information effectively while adhering to best practices.
- Supervising data segmentation tasks to ensure accurate targeting while maintaining compliance with local and global data privacy regulations.
- Spearheading a robust test-and-learn approach in marketing automation by leveraging A/B testing and multivariate testing methods, reporting insights back to senior stakeholders regularly.
- Documenting processes accurately for future reference while continuously looking for ways to optimize these procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Requirements include:
- A Master's degree in Marketing or Business or related field preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience leading impactful B2B marketing campaigns with clear revenue impact.
- Expertise with using advanced features of marketing automation tools; Pardot proficiency is highly desirable but expertise with Marketo, Hubspot or Eloqua is also acceptable.
- Prior experience with Salesforce CRM tool integration into automation strategies is essential.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels translating into effective automated touchpoints.
