Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Junior Process Engineer to join our Process Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating layouts and flows of materials, people, and process data that are robust, safe, and efficient.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create value stream maps (VSM) that optimize material flow and reduce waste.
- Achieve optimal use of materials and production resources, including consumables, cycle time, direct labor, cleanroom space, energy, maintenance tasks, order, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with expected Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Overall Performance Achieved Per Plan (OTAPP).
- Standardize existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement internal procedures and protocols.
- Participate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and risk assessments.
- Contribute to the development of Change Controls and Action Plans.
- Identify investment needs to meet company objectives.
- Participate in supplier sourcing and evaluation.
- Assist in developing User Requirement Specifications (URS) for new production equipment.
- Participate in Kaizen activities and improvement groups across different company areas.
- Contribute to the creation of standard formats and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering or related field.
- 3 months of experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, standardized work procedures, change control, GMPs, 5S, basic level of occupational risk prevention (PRL), plastic injection, hydraulic and electric injection moulding machines.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. SAP.
