Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively connecting business areas and understanding their needs, services, and products functioning, as well as the data ecosystem.
  • Generating accurate and meaningful data-driven analysis and recommendations, such as product analysis trends to increase sales conversion, reduce product attrition, improve digital funnels, and support recurrent or ad hoc inbound/outbound communication campaigns.
  • Supporting and advising business on their reporting needs and any other analytical needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or other degree with strong analytical content.
  • Full proficiency in Excel, SAS, and SQL, and knowledge of other programming languages such as R or Python will be appreciated.
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in a comparable role, transforming data to extract key business insights using statistical/analytical concepts.
  • Strong communication skills to work with multiple parties throughout the organization.
  • A willingness to learn and improve technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Fluent English will be appreciated.
