**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Agent
**Location:** Remote (CST Time zone)
**Estimated Salary Range:** up to 1200 USD per month
**Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)
**Note:** This is an independent contractor position.
**Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and play a key role in driving email and SMS marketing strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
* Respond to client communications within 12 hours, Monday through Friday, to foster strong relationships.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies and ensure the on-time launch of campaigns.
* Provide data-driven reports to clients, reviewing marketing performance regularly and identifying areas for improvement.
* Manage comprehensive content calendars for each client, ensuring content is approved and maintaining consistency and quality.
* Assist with campaign creation and auditing, collaborating with the team to ensure effective execution.
* Share key insights from client strategies with the internal team to improve overall marketing performance.
* Efficiently use organizational tools and client marketing platforms to execute initiatives effectively.
**Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
* 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency.
* Preferred: 2+ years of experience in email marketing for both consumer and B2B markets.
* Proficiency with email service providers and SMS/text platforms is highly desirable.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
* Basic knowledge of laws and regulations related to email and text marketing.
* Solid understanding of key performance factors such as audience, content quality, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong active listening skills, attention to detail, and empathy toward client goals.
* Ability to build rapport with both clients and internal team members.
