About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Design Consultant to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a Learning Design Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design holistic solutions that engage team members and business partners in the design process to ensure the solution design is flexible and addresses the unique needs of the learners.
- Develop solutions across a broad set of learning modalities and tools without creating redundant solutions and ensure that continuous learning and performance support concepts are applied.
- Measure learning outcomes and ensure that learning solutions result in the intended business impact.
- Oversee the roll-out of instructor-led solutions to ensure they align with the solution design.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing.
- Experience using eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, and Vyond.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools.
- Experience with programming fundamentals, including comfort with browser consoles and troubleshooting JQuery commands.
