**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Vessel Inspection Team Leader to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Operations and Maintenance Services Business Unit, you will lead a team of highly skilled professionals who execute inspection services using non-destructive examination techniques on metallic components of power generation plants.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the technical teams that deliver inspection services to customers, including:
- Interaction with Product and Engineering Organization for technology product specification and definition
- Preparation of technical and costing proposals for the services portfolio
- Planning of service preparation, development, and implementation activities
- Setting team objectives and leading day-to-day operational assignments for the team
- Leading field operations occasionally when required
You will also ensure that team members' qualifications and training are up-to-date and aligned with field and specialty requirements, as well as manage human resources involved in operations and track, report, and manage costs associated with services.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in technical branches such as physics, chemistry, materials engineering, telecommunications engineering, materials science, mechanics, electronics, etc. They should also possess knowledge and experience in ultrasonic and visual non-destructive testing methods, ability to lead work teams, and a good level of spoken and written English (minimum B2, C1+ desirable). Additionally, they should be available to travel nationally and internationally.
**Benefits**
