Misión principal

El/a Talent Acquisition Specialist será responsable de gestionar los procesos de adquisición de talento en YEGO de principio a fin, asegurando una excelente experiencia tanto para los managers como para los candidatos. También realizará funciones administrativas y de workplace management para ayudar en la correcta gestión del equipo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar el proceso de adquisición de talento en YEGO de principio a fin: calificación de posiciones, publicación, sourcing, entrevistas.
  • Ser el punto de contacto clave para managers y candidatos.
  • Reportar KPIs relacionados con la adquisición de talento.
  • Gestionar los procesos de onboarding de nuevos empleados y el offboarding para la salida de los empleados.
  • Mantener actualizada la comunicación interna digital (newsletter, sitio para empleados, etc.).
  • Proponer e implementar eventos internos, organizar los yegz days, all hands, cena de navidad y actividades de team building, entre otros.
  • Actuar como embajador del entorno de trabajo a través del análisis continuo del feedback de los empleados.
  • Colaborar en la implementación y ejecución de programas de formación interna.
  • Analizar las tendencias de mercado para proponer nuevos beneficios corporativos.
  • Gestionar el stock de suministros de oficina.
  • Realizar gestiones básicas en la plataforma de PayFit, como el apoyo en el proceso de nóminas, mantener actualizada la información de los empleados, y asegurar la correcta administración de los datos.

Requisitos:

  • Grado o máster en Recursos Humanos, Psicología o campos afines.
  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en reclutamiento completo, utilizando diversas técnicas de entrevista y evaluación en empresas de rápido crecimiento.
  • Experiencia probada en estrategias de retención de talento.
  • Un entendimiento profundo de las funciones de RR.HH. y las mejores prácticas.
  • Habilidades interpersonales excepcionales y mentalidad orientada al negocio.
  • Altamente analítico y con enfoque en datos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral en español e ingles, si tienes francés será un plus.
