Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Accountant in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information presented in reports.
  • Conduct surprise spot-checks on General Cashier's float and Outlet Cashier's float on a periodic basis.
  • Assist in conducting surprise stock-count inspections.
  • Administer tax filing and government reporting procedures.
  • Maintain General Ledger with journal entries.
  • Month end reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts.
  • Prepare Bank reconciliation of online statements.
  • Assist in compilation of departmental budget and forecast.
  • Maintain Fixed asset register.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • Active CPA license is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Sun Systems, Opera.
  • Effective team player.
