About Bihr

Bihr is a dynamic and innovative company that is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department with administrative tasks, managing marketing databases, and creating marketing content.

Main Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management
    • Manage the portfolio of sponsored riders/teams, ensuring that all marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's brand.
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Plan and coordinate events and shows, working closely with the marketing team to ensure that all promotional materials are created and distributed on time.
  • Social Media Management
    • Manage the social networks of Bihr, creating and scheduling content to engage with our audience and increase brand awareness.
  • Advertising and Promotion
    • Elaborate and execute the advertising plan, working closely with media and communication agencies to ensure that all marketing materials are effective and aligned with the company's goals.

Requirements

  • Education
    • University or master's degree in marketing and communication, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a similar position is not essential but will be well considered.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluid in English & Spanish professionally, spoken & written – B2/C1.
    • Other languages will be taken into account.
  • Technical Skills
    • Microsoft Office 365. High level in Excel.
    • Graphic design tools.
  • Availability
    • Availability to travel.
