About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP expert to join our Supply Chain Department at AkzoNobel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining SAP expertise within the Planning Community in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Master Data Framework Definition: Drive the definition of the Master Data framework based on planning scenarios to ensure accuracy across different ERP SAP systems.
  2. Training and Coaching: Lead trainings and become the EMEA regional Coach of the Planning teams in the HUB for all SAP-related matters.
  3. SAP Program Support: Support and lead all SAP Programs (S4 Hana migration) from a Supply Planning perspective, ensuring a holistic view of all x-functions implications.
  4. Functional Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into functional SAP execution standard solutions.
  5. SAP MRP/PP Change Requests: Serve as the contact point in the region for all SAP MRP/PP related change requests, evaluating feasibility and facilitating the functional request to the CoE team.
  6. Advanced Planning Tool Implementation: Participate in the implementation of Advanced Planning Tool implementation program, ensuring correct alignment with the ERP SAP Systems.
About You:
  1. Education: Graduate or post-graduate degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or business.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in Consulting or similar, dedicated to Supply Planning MRP and PP projects with SAP functional knowledge.
  3. Skills: Good understanding of supply chain planning, demand planning, and IBP. Excellent communication skills and relationship management.
  4. Plus: Experience in implementing Supply Chain Planning Advanced Solutions, such as OMP, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or others.
