About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our In Person Payments (IPP) domain at CM. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and operating our In Person Payments proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IPP market and industry, including applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer, market, industry, and business data into product decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in payments or a related field, with a strong understanding of EMV, payment APIs, and terminal hardware.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with Spanish and Dutch a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with product roadmapping and backlog management.
