Eco Plus Solutions Ab is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google's platforms. Your Dutch language skills will be crucial in tailoring campaigns to Dutch-speaking audiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video formats.
* Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors in Dutch-speaking regions.
* Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
* Collaborate with content creators to ensure that ad copy, landing pages, and creative materials align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.
* Help account managers communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing any campaign-related inquiries.
* Implement strategies for improving ad performance through methods such as A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bid management.
* Maintain detailed records of campaign strategies, performance, and insights for future reference and planning.

**Requirements:**

* Fluency in Dutch is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Prior experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is a significant advantage.
* Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to clearly articulate complex information and interact effectively with team members and clients.
* Collaborative and comfortable working both remotely and in-office.
* Flexible and able to manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment.
