We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Marketing and Sales team, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will be responsible for coordinating events, preparing contracts, and maintaining calendars of appointments and meetings.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to assess needs and coordinate event activities, including travel arrangements and expense reports. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and preparing general correspondence as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
