This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment alongside skilled professionals driving digital transformation through SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the design and implementation of SAP HCM modules, focusing on Spanish payroll processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders for successful integration with S/4HANA.
- Provide expert guidance on local payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and best practices.
- Participate in configuration, testing, documentation, and user training.
- Assist in issue resolution and optimization during project phases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with specific expertise in Spanish payroll.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and regulatory compliance in Spain.
- Prior experience in S/4HANA projects is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
