Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking highly skilled professionals to join its team in Barcelona.

About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch speaking customer service expert to provide frontline support to customers and route their calls to the appropriate department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers via phone and other communication channels.
  • Ensure agreed KPIs are met by consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements
  • Native level of Dutch language proficiency.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent time management and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
