RMC Asia is partnering with Marriott International to recruit motivated students for this exciting internship opportunity as part of our Cultural Exchange Programs. As a member of our global hotel environment, you will have the chance to discover thrilling cultural experiences and enjoy the unique culture and nature of Chiang Rai.

Thailand is a stunning Southeast Asian country known for its rich cultural heritage, impressive temples, and lively festivals. With its breathtaking landscapes, from tropical beaches to lush mountains, and warm hospitality, Thailand offers an unforgettable experience.

**Program Overview**

This 6-12 month internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the Front Office department of a 5-Star Hotel by Marriott International. You will work closely with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.

**Responsibilities**

• Greet and ensure guests feel welcome upon arrival, attending to special guests like VIPs and handling inquiries.

• Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and related administrative duties.

• Handle reservations, process payments securely, and provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

• Assist guests with transportation, dining, and local attraction suggestions, while addressing inquiries and complaints.

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.

To be eligible for this internship, you must meet the following requirements:

• 18-35 years old

• Enrolled students or graduates at a college or university

• Relevant background preferred

• Conversational English
