We're seeking a Data Privacy Associate to assist in maintaining sensitive information, preparing contracts, and performing data protection assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain global data protection records and related documents.
2. Assist in preparing contracts with business partners and other legal documents, focusing on data protection.
3. Conduct data protection impact assessments (DPIA) with the team.
4. Support employees in advising, coordinating, and managing data protection issues.
5. Collaborate in internal audits at the Aleph Group level, focusing on data protection.
6. Prepare reports and presentations on data protection topics, including educational materials.
7. Participate in data protection legal projects.
8. Promote a culture of compliance with data protection in Aleph Group.
Requirements:
1. Educational degree in Law.
2. Two or more years of experience in data privacy and compliance, with a focus on GDPR.
3. Expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
4. Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Tech-savviness, with a willingness to learn new software and tools.
6. Knowledge of LATAM, APAC, or MEA data privacy laws is advantageous but not required.
