Job Title: Installation Supervisor, Madrid

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation of wind turbines, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation of wind turbines, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
  • Manage and coordinate with on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure that all site work is performed in accordance with Vestas' quality, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and work team briefings to ensure that all personnel are aware of their responsibilities and any changes to the work schedule.
  • Review and approve time sheets, expense reports, and leave requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (desirable but not limiting).
  • High level of English (C1).
  • Service and people management experience in the wind industry, heavy machinery industry, or construction.
  • Availability to travel in Iberia and South Africa.
