Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand ADP's presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell ADP's solutions.
  • Prospect and acquire new clients, leveraging your expertise to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of ADP's solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform ADP's sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, including territory planning, prospecting, and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and French is a plus.
