Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Medical Senior Manager to lead our medical affairs strategy for atopic dermatitis products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing medical and scientific strategic leadership, ensuring close alignment with our global brand team and local affiliates.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Global Medical Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive global medical strategy for atopic dermatitis products, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams

Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute global medical plans, including evidence generation, medical education, and market access strategies.

Ensure Alignment with Commercial and Market Access Teams

Ensure close alignment with our commercial and market access teams to ensure seamless execution of global medical plans.

Develop and Execute Global Evidence Generation Plan

Develop and execute a global evidence generation plan to support the development and launch of atopic dermatitis products.

Lead Global Clinical Studies

Lead the strategy for global clinical studies, including phase IIIb/IV and IIS studies.

Develop and Execute Global Medical Education Strategy

Develop and execute a global medical education strategy to support the development and launch of atopic dermatitis products.

Ensure Alignment with Local Affiliates

Ensure alignment with local affiliates to ensure seamless execution of global medical plans.

Lead Local Medical Affairs and MSL Excellence

Lead local medical affairs and MSL excellence by proactively engaging with affiliates, upskilling teams, and leading by example.

Develop and Execute Global Evidence Dissemination Plan

Develop and execute a global evidence dissemination plan to support the development and launch of atopic dermatitis products.

Create and Deliver Product-Specific Training

Create and deliver product-specific training and information to MSLs.

Requirements

Essential

  • Medical Degree or Equivalent
  • Knowledge and Expertise in Medical Dermatology
  • At Least 5 Years of Experience in Managing Global Medical Strategy

Desirable

  • PhD or Similar
  • Experience in Global Mid/Large-Size Pharma Business
Experience

Experience in Global Medical Affairs

Experience in Launching Global/EU Products in Medical Dermatology

Experience in Leading Cross-Functional Teams
