About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Sagan. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's computer systems and networks from unauthorized access and potential breaches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost-effective cybersecurity policies and protocols to protect company assets.
- Monitor cybersecurity budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Identify and manage financial risks associated with potential cyber threats.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering robust and reliable security measures.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess the effectiveness of cybersecurity strategies and address concerns.
- Monitor and secure networks and systems from unauthorized access, modifications, or destruction.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
- Manage incident response protocols, including investigating security breaches and developing strategies for potential threats.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident reports.
- Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats and countermeasures.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to advance skills and knowledge in cybersecurity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
- Additonal certifications in network and system administration are highly desirable.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
