The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in A Coruña. As the primary point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional service to employees and guests, and supporting our HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Office Administration
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the A Coruña office, ensuring a smooth and efficient business process.
  • Coordinate front desk/reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting guests, and handling deliveries.
Employee Support
  • Be the primary point of contact for employees and guests in the A Coruña office.
  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues.
Travel and Logistics
  • Manage travel bookings for employees and review travel expense claims.
Event Planning
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as company events, celebrations, and conferences.
Contract Management
  • Review and manage legal documents that support sales processes.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office and facility management vendors and related service providers.
Recruitment Support
  • Support the recruitment process by providing administrative assistance.

Requirements

  1. Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the software industry.
Skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Customer focus and deep interest in employee relations.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
