About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our In Person Payments (IPP) domain at Cm. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and operating our In Person Payments proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the IPP and online payments market, including applicable regulations.
  • Integrate customer, market, industry, and business data into product decisions.
  • Collaborate efficiently with stakeholders, including those with different skills, cultural backgrounds, and conflicting needs.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives and build strong relationships with team members.
  • Quickly become an expert in the IPP customer domain and develop a deep understanding of business strategy, objectives, and context.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in payments, EMV, payment APIs, terminal hardware, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English, with Spanish and Dutch a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage roadmaps and backlogs.
