Funciones del Socorrista:
El socorrista es responsable de garantizar la seguridad de los bañistas, previniendo accidentes y situaciones de riesgo. Realiza rescates y aplica primeros auxilios y RCP en caso de emergencias. Asegura el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad en la piscina y controla el estado del agua y de las instalaciones, informando cualquier anomalía.

Funciones del Monitor/a de Natación:
El monitor/a de natación imparte clases de natación a niños, adolescentes y adultos, adaptando las lecciones a los diferentes niveles de habilidad. Diseña y sigue planes de entrenamiento para mejorar la técnica de los alumnos. Fomenta la confianza de los alumnos en el agua, promoviendo un ambiente seguro y divertido. Evalúa el progreso de los alumnos y ofrece retroalimentación constructiva. Colabora en la planificación de actividades acuáticas y eventos deportivos.

Requisitos:
La persona seleccionada debe tener certificación vigente de Socorrista Acuático y Monitor/a de Natación. Debe tener formación en primeros auxilios y reanimación cardiopulmonar (RCP). Experiencia mínima en enseñanza de natación y como socorrista. Capacidad para trabajar con personas de todas las edades y niveles de habilidad. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y paciencia, especialmente con niños. Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos. Habilidades interpersonales y capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
